Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time
We ship to the United States. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States. No minimum spend required.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Delays
Occasionally shipping may take longer due to customs processing, high demand periods, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived after 45 days please contact us at startstrongusa@outlook.com and we will investigate and resolve it.

Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Start Strong USA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
