Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective contact us within 30 days of delivery at startstrongusa@outlook.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We'll arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Lost in transit
If your order hasn't arrived after 45 days contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it.
Change of mind returns
Because our products ship internationally we're unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to review the product details carefully before ordering.
